Over the past two years, Jai Wolf has received co-signs by mega-stars, packed out dance floors at some of the worlds largest venues and festivals, and even had hits like “Starlight” and “Indian Summer” take him to new heights. Today, Jai Wolf give us a piece of is heart with the release of his debut album The Cure to Loneliness. Jai Wolf explains, “In my heart, this album is me. “From the sounds to the lyrics, it’s everything that I’ve always wanted to do.”
The Cure To Loneliness finds Jai Wolf completing his evolution from upstart bedroom remixer to future bass DJ to dream-pop artist and builder of lush musical worlds. While still very much a dance floor-focused endeavor, some tracks on the debut, show Jai’s ability to blend Alt/Indie sounds into the sounds you’re used to hearing from Jai. You start to hear this on tracks like “Lose My Mind” (feat. Mr Gabriel) and “Your Way” (feat. Day Wave). You can check both tracks and their music videos below.
With the release of the album, Jai Wolf will be heading out on a 35 stop North American Tour called The Cure to Loneliness Tour. He will be joined by his label mate Hotel Garuda, Shallou, Giraffage, Luttrell, MELVV, Ford., Midnight Kids, AOBeats, Midoca, and EVAN GIIA.
