Following his first Mom + Pop release, “Is Magic Gone,” FKJ returns with his next single “Leave My Home” just weeks before for his North American Tour. This new track from FKJ was recorded in his, at the time, hometown of Paris just weeks before he made the move to a far away place in the tropics to live with his love. FKJ explains his move further by saying, “I lived in Paris for over 6 years. That’s the city where it all started for me. I love this city, I just needed a change. I was suffocating and wanted to step back, everything goes so fast over there. I left and joined my love where she lived. A very isolated place in nature. Here it was, my new home.” Here is where a new environment and a different kind of inspiration has sparked a new sound from FKJ that we will hear very soon. This track is a reflection of leaving his home and preparing for the next phase of his life. Check out the new track below and stay tuned for more from FKJ this year.
Be sure to also catch FKJ as he heads to the states for the North American leg of his 2019 World Tour. Along the way he will be making his first ever appearance on the Coachella Music & Arts Festival stage, along with sold-out shows at Terminal 5 & Webster Hall in NYC, The Novo in Los Angeles, and two sold out nights at the famous Ogden Theatre in Denver.
