After being shortlisted for the Australian Music Prize, Courtney has won for her debut LP Sometimes I Sit And Think And Sometimes I Just Sit. Speaking with Billboard about the honor, Courtney stated, "It's huge, it's a lot of money. I'm not sure right now what to do with it. It's nice because it feels like this is a real reflection of the songs and the album, instead of sales or popularity or plays on YouTube. It feels good."
